Biographies

Hazel Austin - Salon Director - CIDESCO, BABTAC, M.B.A.E., IIHIHT

Hazel has been involved in beauty for over 30 years. Hazel originally trained at Henlow Grange in Bedfordshire and then successfully taught fourteen students to qualify in the international Cidesco diploma. She has been the manager of salons in London and whilst living in Dubai and Abu Dabi , treated an extensive expatriate clientele. On returning to England Hazel held the position of Senior Therapist at Harrods.
 

Hazel has owned Beauty Works since 2001 and has enjoyed achieving an extensive clientele.  Her passion is massage, body treatments and facials as well as Indian Head massage and Reflexology. One of Hazels specialties is Electrolysis, her reputation in this area is unequalled and this is backed up by many happy clients. Her love is the happiness, confidence and results provided to her clients.
 

Nicola has been with Beauty Works since 2008, she studied a BTEC National Diploma in Beauty therapy Sciences and achieved a triple distinction.  Nicola has gained immense experience since working at Beauty Works and thoroughly loves her work.  Nicola is a perfectionist and enjoys all aspects of beauty therapy, and enjoys the satisfaction expressed by customers in helping them improve their skin and nails.
 

Nicola when waxing a client, is determined that not a single hair goes undetected and ensures that her clients leave with perfectly manicured nails, her passion is Holistic Treatments.
 

Amanda likes to make clients feel welcome and relaxed from the moment they enter the salon until they leave.  Amanda enjoys liaising with clients about their needs and concerns and advising them of suitable treatments and products.  Amanda ensures every client is made to feel special providing them with beverages, magazines and any other requirements to make their visit a total experience.
 

Linda is a Clinical Hypnotherapist with Advanced Hypno-Analytic Techniques, also employing NLP and EFT tools to effectively work with you on your emotional needs, clearing unwanted behaviours and ways of being that you wish to replace, with behaviours and beliefs that are beneficial to you and your life.
